What it does

Convert PDFs To Txt converts the PDFs and other documents in a folder — and its subfolders — into TXT files, so their content can be processed further. This is a Word helper tool.

Where to find it

Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Word Helpers ▸ Convert PDFs To Txt

How to use it

  1. Open Word Helpers and click Convert PDFs To Txt.

  2. Choose the folder to process.

  3. Logiks Copilot writes a TXT file for each document found.

Tips

  • Run this before Data Extractor or Document Check when your sources are PDFs, so the AI can read them.
  • It processes subfolders too, so you can convert an entire case folder in one go.
