What it does

Sum-up Revisions uses AI to summarise all the changes shown as tracked changes (revision mode) in your selection or document — useful for answering "what did the other side change?". You can choose to include only changes made on or after a specific date.

Where to find it

Word ▸ Logiks Copilot tab ▸ Task ▸ Analyze ▸ Sum-up Revisions

How to use it

  1. Open a document that contains tracked changes.
  2. Open the Analyze menu and click Sum-up Revisions.
  3. Choose whether to limit the summary to changes from a certain date onward.
  4. Read the summary of the revisions.

Tips

If you pick a date, comments made after that date are included too. If you pick no date, all changes are included, along with comments first recorded up to 60 minutes before the first change.
