Agents in Logiks AI Assistant cannot see or use skills.
Issue Description:
When starting a new chat in AI Assistant if you type “/”, you get a list of commands, skills and prompts. However, if you start a chat with an Agent and type “/”, you can only see commands and prompts, no skills.
If you ask an agent to use a skill without the “/” command, in reasoning box it says that it does not have a skill tool listed. Example reasoning:
“This is a replenishment analysis task. I should follow the inventory-analysis skill procedure for replenishment analysis. But wait — I don't have a skill tool listed. The system prompt says "use the available inventory-analysis skill when appropriate and follow its defined procedure". There's no explicit skill tool in the function list. So I'll do the analysis manually with the tools available.”
Expected Results:
Skills are a vital part of AI Assistant and especially agents, therefore it should be available to agents.
