Full chat history, multi-file upload and clearer notices
This update makes your whole chat history reachable, lets you upload several files at once and makes notices and errors easier to understand.
Please note – scheduled tasks: Scheduled tasks now always run with an assistant, and the "Run now" button is gone. Scheduled tasks without an assistant no longer run and are shown as paused. Please create them again with an assistant.
Your full chat history
The Assistant's sidebar now loads older conversations as you scroll. Before, only your latest 100 conversations were reachable.
Upload several files at once
In AI Studio, you can now upload several files to a public knowledge area in one step.
Connect apps with another account
Apps such as Microsoft Outlook can now be connected with a Microsoft account other than your Logiks e-mail address, for example a shared mailbox. Companies that do not want this switch the check on under AI Studio → Governance.
More improvements
- Assistant: A lock icon in the sidebar shows which assistants only you can see.
- Assistant: Notices stay until you close them instead of disappearing after a few seconds. Sign-in errors appear right in the sign-in form.
- Assistant: Chat errors are shown in your language and tell you what to do next.
- Assistant: If no answer text has appeared after three minutes, the Assistant lets you know.
- Assistant: If an assistant cannot be opened, you now see whether you are offline, signed out, or the assistant was deleted.
- Assistant: The sidebar for My Prompts has a new design.
Fixes
- Assistant: If an assistant's model is no longer available, it answers with an available model and tells you so, instead of stopping with an error.
- Assistant: When your session ends, the app signs you out cleanly instead of still showing data from the previous session.
- Assistant: Public knowledge areas no longer show an internal label.
- Word Add-in: Your company's post-correction is now also applied when Word processes a larger document in several parts.
