What this is about
The Logiks AI Assistant group appears twice, side by side, on the ribbon. The first holds the Task menu with every feature; the second holds quick-access buttons – individual buttons for the things you need often.
You decide what goes in that second group.
How to get there
Click the small arrow in the bottom-right corner of the quick-access group. The Quick Access Buttons window opens.

The window
On the left, Available – every feature that can be put on a button. On the right, Quick Access with the number of slots there are.
You move features between the two lists and set the order. After saving, a short confirmation appears telling you your ribbon buttons have been saved.
The list on the left depends on the application: what exists only in Word does not appear in Excel.
What is worth putting there
Good candidates are features you invoke several times a day without thinking – Correct, your most frequent translation direction, Improve.
Not worth it are features with a settings window of their own: you save one click and then open a dialog anyway.
This setting is yours
The layout applies to this device and is your decision – your administrator does not prescribe anything here. On a second machine you set it up again.
When you cannot see the group
On a narrow window Office collapses groups into a single button; the dialog launcher is then only reachable after clicking it. Make the window wider, or open the collapsed group.
If you are not signed in, the whole group is hidden.
